About Us
Huntington Horse & Hound emerged from a family who knew the importance of fostering trust and sharing caring hands with canines and equines.
Our family purchased Huntington Lane in 2017 after being an active member in the Equine community of Simcoe County, Louise's love for Horses started at the young age of 13 where she worked at several stables providing loving care to all animals.
When Mark and Louise first met their dream was to purchase a farm that would provide exceptional quality of life to all animals. This dream came to true in 2000 when they purchased their first farm and opened the doors to provide a loving safe home to several rescue animals.
Louise's passion for Horses, dogs and cats was inherited by the rest of her family. After owning Huntington Lane for several years and continuously caring for over 35 horses daily it became apparent that we needed to provide the same loving caring hands to the rest of your furry family members. In 2019 we started planning for our new Pet Hotel to be built, embarking on this during a pandemic was challenging to say the least but our commitment and passion to be able to provide exceptional care for your important family members while your away became our priority. Our team members are all pet lovers and have been at Huntington Lane since the beginning.
